Stephen Rice

Executive Director

Stephen is an entrepreneur and business strategist with significant experience in commercialisation, innovation, emerging and disruptive technologies as well as online businesses and eCommerce. He is the recipient of an Australian Design Mark Award for designing and developing an integrated range of business management software solutions.

Prior to x10 Partners, Stephen was the corporate and strategic advisor to the founders of Spookfish, a technology disruptor in the aerial imagery space and then became the inaugural Chairman of the private company. Stephen then facilitated the backdoor listing and RTO of Whitestar Resources and was appointed the inaugural CEO of Spookfish Limited following its listing on the ASX

Stephen is Chairman of Golf Property Limited, a digital platform that links buyers, sellers and renters of golf property around the world and Bio Refinery Developments, a bio-focused company designing and developing innovative, high-performance products for the bio-energy and bio-products markets

Stephen is an Expert Network member of the Accelerating Commercialization panel, part of the Australian Government’s Entrepreneurs’ Infrastructure Program.

Seamus Woulfe

Executive Director

With over thirty years’ experience in technology industries including information and communication technologies, defence, aerospace, industrials and contract manufacturing, Seamus has grown and run international businesses and accounts to reach several hundred million dollars in annual revenues.

Seamus has worked with global tier 1 technology companies including Sanmina, SCI, Moog, Nortel, Nokia and Westinghouse. His experience has been derived across a full spectrum of roles including Managing Director and VP, as well as management positions in manufacturing, sales, account management, research and development, engineering, and quality assurance.

“In the last decade I have largely worked with early-stage businesses advising on strategy, business development and commercialisation. It is rewarding to be able to see our clients benefit from the valuable guidance and direction that comes from having real-life business experience”.

Seamus graduated from Dublin City University with a B.E.(Hons) in Electronic Engineering and has a post graduate diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK.

Paul Lowry

Executive Director

Paul is an experienced business professional with over thirty five years’ experience in engineering, marketing and management including transacting business globally and working with a wide range of technologies, customers and business cultures.

Paul has worked in the creation and management of high velocity growth and profit improvement through aggressive planning, local and overseas market penetration, technology and market partnering arrangements and acquisition. He is skilled at negotiating and implementing local and overseas agreements for development, manufacturing and marketing and distribution.

“My passion lies in assisting developing organisations to fully exploit their commercial, market and growth opportunities. I do this by providing the intellectual horsepower and experience to identify and implement the optimum business model and by sourcing the right financial resources to support it.”

Paul has extensive experience in business planning, company strategic planning, financial analysis, change management, restructuring and organisational alignment and focussed leadership for businesses during periods of high growth/rapid change.

Paul studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Melbourne and Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at Swinburne University of Technology
